The second season of WHEN WE EAT at Ramla, presented in partnership with Marakez, expanded the signature dinner series launched in 2025 into Egypt's first global restaurant residency series. Hosted at Moga, Ramla's beachside restaurant overlooking its serene tidal pool, three week-long residencies brought restaurant destinations that guests would ordinarily travel for to Egypt's Mediterranean.

Arca, led by chef José Luis Hinostroza, opened the series with a contemporary Mexican menu guided by fire and rooted in Tulum's Mayan jungle, shaped by the street food of Baja California and the region's Mexican and Caribbean ancestry. Kinoya by chef Neha Mishra followed, bringing the warmth and soul of a Tokyo neighbourhood izakaya through the patient craft of broth, fire and time. Three Bros, led by chef Mohamad Orfali, closed the season with a playful expression of modern bistronomy, elevating comfort food through the concept's Levantine roots.
