An exclusive one-night beachfront dinner featuring legendary chef Francis Mallmann curated by FR Ventures for Travco Properties in celebration of the unveiling of One Almaza Bay. The experience unfolded along the property’s Mediterranean shoreline, weaving live-fire cooking, Egyptian craft and the landscape itself into the evening’s narrative. Woven palm installations, sculptural clay vessels and fresh botanicals moved through the architecture, bringing Fayoum’s palm-weaving traditions into conversation with Mallmann’s elemental practice of fire, wood, smoke and time.

Francis Mallmann created a live-fire menu rooted in the ingredients of the land and sea. Patagonian in expression yet connected to Egypt’s own traditions of cooking through flame, sand and ash, the menu brought together mero, local meats and seasonal produce transformed slowly over eight fires lit on the beach from dawn. Against the Mediterranean, Mallmann’s iron domes became open-air kitchens—alive with flame, smoke, movement and light.
